Return and Refund policy

All items are provided with a sample of Bukhoor. This sample is free to keep and test. If the customer wishes a refund or exchange of an item this is only possible within 14 days of purchase and the security sticker is intact on the returned item.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is within 4 hours for orders done before 8 PM, Any order done after 8 PM will be delivered the following day.
